I took this shot while I had a short visit to Quebec City in August 2007. This is the starting point of how the rushing water to form the famous Montmorency Falls in Beaupre Quebec.
Mont Morency Falls located in Beaupre, Quebec. It is one of the landmarks in Quebec, Mont Morency Falls is actually one and a half times the height of Niagara Falls. The bottom of the Falls can be reached by the 487-step staircase or the cable car can provide easy access to and from the parking lot. There are two bridges that pass over the Falls and The Faults: Pont Au-dessus de la Chute and Pont Au-dessus de la Faille. In winter, steam freezes into a cone of ice, called a sugar-loaf, making an ice wall that anyone looking for adventures can climb.
