I took this photo at the bottom of the falls with the gondola rides to climb to the top of the Falls or you can climb the 487 steps staircases on the right side to the top of the Falls. Most tourists will choose to take the one way gondola ride to the Falls and go back down using the staircases.
Mont Morency Falls located in Beaupre, Quebec. It is one of the landmarks in Quebec, Mont Morency Falls is actually one and a half times the height of Niagara Falls. The bottom of the Falls can be reached by the 487-step staircase or the cable car can provide easy access to and from the parking lot. There are two bridges that pass over the Falls and The Faults: Pont Au-dessus de la Chute and Pont Au-dessus de la Faille. In winter, steam freezes into a cone of ice, called a sugar-loaf, making an ice wall that anyone looking for adventures
can climb.
